No More Delay
Truth has a way of turning the lights on. Once you see something clearly, pretending you do not see it becomes difficult. God reveals truth because He loves us too much to leave us wandering in darkness. Sometimes what He unveils is beautiful. Other times, truth reveals something that needs correction.
David experienced this when Nathan confronted him over Bathsheba and Uriah. “You are the man.” David suddenly saw what he had done through the light of truth. His response was repentance. When God shows you something, respond.
Revelation creates responsibility. We are accountable for the light we have received. Do not fear truth. Jesus called Himself the Truth, and He came to make us free. Freedom may be one act of obedience closer than you think.
Grounded In Faith
Father, shine Your light into every part of my life. Reveal what is true and give me courage to respond without delay. Keep me from hiding, rationalizing, or postponing obedience. When correction comes, help me receive it as love. When direction comes, help me move. Lead me out of darkness and into freedom. I choose truth, because Jesus is Truth, and I want to walk fully in Him. Amen.
