True Prosperity
Long before battles are won in the natural, they are won in the mind. Every giant first challenges your perspective before he ever challenges your strength. The battlefield of the believer is often between the ears, and the greatest victories belong to those who have learned to fix their thoughts on the Lord.
When David found himself overwhelmed, he didn’t wait for someone else to strengthen him. He encouraged himself in the Lord. He rehearsed God’s faithfulness. He remembered past victories. He chose worship over worry and praise over panic.
Friend, guard your thought life carefully. Fill your mind with the Word of God until His promises become louder than your fears. Remember His faithfulness until hope rises stronger than every circumstance.
Grounded In Faith
Father, thank You for loving me beyond measure.
Prosper my soul before You prosper my hands.
Help me value Your presence above possessions and Your Kingdom above worldly success.
May Your love overflow through my life and bless everyone around me. Amen.
