Psalm 23:1

“The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want.”

Brew On This

Are you living from the rest or a sense of lack?

Presence is the Promise

When the King is your Shepherd, you are not desperate. You are not striving. You are not scrambling for scraps. You are satisfied.

“I shall not want” isn’t just about provision—it’s about position. It’s a Kingdom mindset. It means you belong. You are covered. You are cared for. You lack nothing because you are near the Shepherd. Presence silences panic. Nearness crushes neediness.

This is not poverty thinking. This is royalty thinking. Sons and daughters don’t beg at the door—they sit at the table. They rest in presence.

The enemy of your soul wants you striving, comparing, and hustling for worth. He wants you to feel cast out, overlooked, orphaned. But Psalm 23 destroys the orphan mentality. You are not abandoned. You are shepherded.

When you know who leads you, you stop chasing what He already provides. You stop living anxious. You start living anchored.

Stay close. Stay confident. The Shepherd is with you—and in Him, you lack nothing.

Grounded In Faith

Father, break every orphan mindset off my life.

Teach me to rest in Your presence and trust that I lack nothing.

Silence the striving, calm the fear, and anchor my heart in belonging.

Help me live from satisfaction, not desperation. You are my Shepherd—I shall not want. Amen.

Pray-A-Latte
