John 1:6

“And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace.”

Brew On This

Where is God asking you to trust His hands instead of resisting the pressure that is shaping your life?

Daily Devotional

The Potter’s Wheel

The Potter’s wheel isn’t always comfortable, but it is always purposeful.

If you’ve ever felt like life is just spinning in circles, take heart. You’re not going around and around. You are being formed. Every turn of the wheel is bringing you closer to the vessel God created you to become. The pressure isn’t proof that God has forgotten you; it’s evidence that His hands are still upon you.

A lump of clay has no beauty until it submits to the Potter. It is the turning of the wheel, the steady pressure of His hands, and the careful shaping that transforms ordinary clay into a vessel of honor. David was shaped through victories, failures, waiting, and restoration. A shepherd became a warrior. Through every season, one thing remained constant: the Potter’s hands never left the clay.

The very thing that feels uncomfortable today may be the thing that makes you useful tomorrow. God is not simply trying to bless you. He is preparing you to be a vessel of honor, fit for the Master’s use, able to carry His love, His power, and His glory to a world that desperately needs Him.

Grounded In Faith

Lord, thank You for Your endless grace. When life feels uncertain, remind me that I am never outside Your hands. Shape me into a vessel that reflects Your goodness and carries Your glory. Teach me to surrender completely to Your loving work in my life. Amen.

Pray-A-Latte
