Glory Be
Healthy trees produce healthy fruit. Likewise, lives transformed by the glory of God
naturally reveal His character. David experienced the glory of the Lord while tending sheep beneath the stars. Before crowds ever celebrated him, Heaven shaped him in quiet places. Worship became the soil where godly fruit began to grow.
The glory of God is Someone who changes us. The closer we draw to His presence, the more love replaces anger. Joy overcomes despair. Peace silences fear. Kindness softens harshness. Faithfulness becomes our lifestyle. Fruit doesn’t grow overnight. Neither does spiritual maturity.
Every season of pruning has purpose. Every trial has the potential to deepen our roots.
God’s righteous judgment isn’t designed to condemn His children but to remove everything that keeps us from becoming more like Jesus. The glory of God doesn’t simply touch us. It grows something beautiful within us.
Grounded In Faith
Lord, let Your glory transform me from the inside out.
Produce the fruit of Your Spirit in every area of my life.
Search my heart, remove anything that doesn’t honor
You, and help me reflect the beauty and goodness of Jesus wherever I go. Amen.
