Angel’s Sent For His Word

At the beginning of the Christmas story in the Book of  Luke, there is a conversation between two amazing characters. One of them is a real person, and the other one is an angel. This is the angel Gabriel, which means “God is my strength.” The conversation is between this angelic being sent from the presence of God Almighty Himself, to a teenage girl that nobody else in the world knows about, Mary.

Do you know much about angels? Gabriel is an angel who has huge authority. In Heaven, there are different degrees of authority. Everything God created has different degrees of authority. Gabriel has the highest authority over his section of angels.

There are different sections of angels that I can see throughout the Word of God.  One angel, Michael, is in charge of the angels that do battle. They cause warfare and get into the battle.

Gabriel, the one who brings a horn, the one who brings a shofar, has been given the job to carry out the performance of the Word of God.

God Almighty will release His angels for the fulfillment of at least two major purposes. One is warfare upon your behalf, or upon the kingdom’s behalf. The second one is for the performance of the Word of God.  Gabriel’s job is to see to it that when his angels go out, they make what is in God’s heart happens among the people who are willing to partner with God’s heart.

It’s very important that you and I pray the Word of God. When we pray the Word of God, we line up our mouths with His mouth.  We say, “Okay, if that’s God’s heart, then this is going to be my heart.”

Think about the importance of carrying out the Word of God and the performance of the Word of God. God Almighty literally sends ministering spirits to make sure that when you line up your mouth with God’s mouth, those things happen. It’s a big deal.  I hope it makes you want to line up your mouth with God’s mouth.
