Songs of Worship
Creation has never stopped singing God’s praises. The birds greet the morning. Rivers clap against their banks. The stars testify each
night that there is a Creator worthy of wonder. Worship is the language of Heaven, and
every redeemed heart has been given a song.
David understood this better than most. Before he ever held a sword, he held a harp. His
greatest victories were often born in private moments of praise before the Lord.
Life has a way of trying to silence our song. Disappointment, grief, unanswered prayers, and ordinary routines can slowly quiet our worship.
Worship isn’t about our performance, but our response. Sometimes it’s simply sitting quietly in God’s presence, overwhelmed by His goodness. Never underestimate the power of your praise. It changes the atmosphere of your own heart before it changes anything around you.
Grounded In Faith
Father, place a fresh song within my heart. Let praise become my first response and not my last resort. May my life bring You glory, whether in joy or sorrow. Teach me to worship You in
spirit and in truth. Amen
