you.”

Grace Upon

Grace

David learned to live under authority long before he ever ruled with authority.
As a shepherd, he faithfully cared for his father’s sheep. As a fugitive, he refused to grasp for a throne that God had not yet given him. And as king, David discovered that the greatest leaders are first those who gladly bow before the King of kings.

Jesus does not reign because He is the strongest, though all power belongs to Him. He reigns because He is perfectly righteous, perfectly just, and perfectly full of mercy. The beauty of the Gospel is that His righteousness has become our righteousness. Through the finished work of the Cross, we are welcomed into His Kingdom.

We don’t merely receive grace once at salvation; we live beneath a continual outpouring. Grace upon grace empowers us to stand when we are weak, to overcome when we are opposed, and to reign in life through Christ Jesus.

Grounded In Faith

King Jesus, You are righteous in every way. Teach me to trust Your leadership above my own understanding. Help me walk in humility, courage, and obedience, knowing that Your
plans are always good. Reign over every part of my heart today. Amen.

Pray-A-Latte

Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer.
