The King
of Kings
There is a moment coming where every lesser crown bows to the eternal Crown. Jesus is not merely a King among kings. He is the source of all authority, the standard of all glory, and the center of all dominion.
John sees Him robed in triumph, written upon with identity that cannot be erased, diminished, or challenged: King of Kings and Lord of Lords. This is not a title given by man, it is the eternal declaration of heaven.
Where the King moves, glory follows. Where He reigns, nothing remains ordinary. His presence overwhelms every system, every throne, every agenda, every human attempt at control. The Kingdom of Christ is not competing for space—it is consuming all things with Glory.
This is why the redeemed understand surrender. We do not cling to our crowns. We cast them. We lay them down in worship because nothing we have achieved compares to the majesty of the One who saved us. He is worthy of it all.
The King is not looking for people to elevate themselves. He is forming a people who will reflect His glory and return it to its rightful place. All is for His glory. All will bow to His name. And all crowns will find their meaning at His feet.
Grounded In Faith
King of Glory, Jesus Christ, You alone are worthy of all honor, authority, and praise. I lay every crown, achievement, and ambition at Your feet. Let my life reflect Your glory and not my own. Teach me to live surrendered, worshipful, and fully devoted to Your Kingdom. Amen.
