Psalm 27:14

“Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord!”

Brew On This

If Jesus passed by today, what would you ask Him for—and would you have the faith to call out?

Daily Devotional

Good Courage

It takes courage to wait.
We live in a world that celebrates speed, instant answers, and overnight success. But God’s greatest work is rarely rushed. There are some lessons no classroom can teach and no shortcut can provide.

In the Kingdom of God, waiting is never wasted when it is filled with expectation. God is always doing something beneath the surface, even when nothing seems to be happening. David knew what it meant to wait. He waited for Samuel to arrive with the oil. He waited
through years of running from Saul.

Yet one thing David never lost was his
expectation that the Lord would come.
Throughout the Word, lives changed because people recognized when God was passing
by. Those who expected Him were never disappointed. Today, lift your eyes, listen for His footsteps.

Grounded In Faith

Father, awaken expectation within my heart. Help me wait with hope instead of worry, with faith instead of fear. Open my eyes to recognize Your presence and my ears to hear Your voice.

May I never miss the moments when You draw near. I welcome You today. In Jesus’
name, Amen.

Pray-A-Latte

Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer.
