Psalm 16:11

“You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”

Have you allowed the opinions of others to quiet the praise that belongs to God alone?

Full On Joy

When the Ark of the Covenant was finally returning to Jerusalem, David forgot about
appearances. He danced with all his might before the Lord. Some misunderstood his
celebration. Others criticized his enthusiasm. David didn’t care.

He experienced the love and glory of God and it was full on joy! His audience was always One. Love has a way of making dignity take a back seat to delight. That’s what happens when you truly understand the love of God. You stop performing for people and start living for the pleasure of your King.

Real joy isn’t built on circumstances. It isn’t tied to promotions, paychecks, applause, or
possessions. Joy is rooted in knowing that you are deeply loved by the Father. When you remember whose you are, joy becomes your crown. Wear it well.

Grounded In Faith

Father, thank You for loving me with an everlasting love.

Restore the joy of Your salvation
within me.

Free me from the fear of people’s opinions, and help me worship You with an undivided heart.

May my life become a song of gratitude that brings honor to Your name.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Pray-A-Latte

Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer.
