Do You Know?
Do you know that before you ever searched for God, He was searching for you?
Like a shepherd leaving the ninety-nine to rescue the one wandering sheep, God’s love chases
after every heart. It climbs mountains of fear, breaks through walls of shame, and reaches into
the darkest places. His love cannot be measured by human logic. It calls sons and daughters home when everyone else has given up.
King David knew this kind of love. He wasn’t perfect, yet through every season, he discovered the same truth:
“If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there.” (Psalm 139:8)
Friend, why make your bed in a place Jesus already defeated? There is an empty tomb. Death has lost its victory. Hell has lost its hold.
Grounded In Faith
Father, thank You for pursuing me with a love that never gives up. Thank You that no failure, no
fear, and no darkness can separate me from Your redeeming love. Draw me close to Your heart. Help me leave behind every place of shame and step fully into the light of Your grace. Thank You
that the table is prepared, the fire is burning, and Your invitation is still open. Today, I come home to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen
