The Fountain

David declared that with God is the fountain of life, and in His light we see light. Everything you need flows from Him—life, clarity, hope, and direction. God is not a limited source; He is an endless fountain. And here’s the truth—God judges fruit. Not activity, not effort, but fruit. And fruit must be watered—through prayer, through supplication, and with intentional care. 

Whatever God is calling you to do, don’t rush ahead in your own strength. Before you strive, go to the fountain. Water your soul. Let His presence flow over you and then through you. That’s where real life begins. That’s where lasting fruit is formed. 

When you feel dry, weary, or confused, the answer isn’t striving—it’s returning to the source. David understood that intimacy with God brings illumination. In His presence, things become clear, and what once felt heavy becomes fruitful. 

Stop drinking from empty wells. The world offers substitutes that are never satisfying. But God’s fountain never runs dry. His light reveals truth, purpose, and identity—and His Spirit produces fruit that is living, growing, and lasting. 

Come close. Stay close. Let His presence refresh you. You don’t have to live depleted—you were designed to live filled. Drink deeply today. Let it flow over you and through you—and watch as your life begins to produce fruit that, when it is judged, will be sweet, strong, and deeply useful.
