Mark 5:15

“When they came to Jesus, they saw the man who had been possessed by the legion of demons, sitting there, dressed and in his right mind; and they were afraid.”

Brew On This

Do you recognize when the power of God is moving—or do you explain it away?

Daily Devotional

Break Every Chain

When the people arrived, they were not just seeing a changed man—they were witnessing a supernatural interruption of darkness by the power of God. Shock filled the air. Awe silenced their questions. Fear gripped their understanding—not because something evil remained, but because something holy had just revealed itself.

They knew instinctively: no system, no medicine, no human effort could accomplish this. Only a God in Heaven could transform a man like this. What stood before them was not explanation—it was revelation. Heaven had touched earth, and the evidence was sitting right in front of them.

This is what Jesus does. He does not merely improve broken lives—He restores them completely. The man who once lived in torment is now seated in peace, clothed in dignity, and in his right mind. This is the authority of the living God on display.

Kingdom people recognize this power. They are not confused by it—they are awakened by it. They understand that the same power that delivered this man is the power that still saves, heals, and restores today. The power of God is not distant theory; it is living reality.

We cannot do this on our own. But in Christ, we enter into a new reality—where bondage breaks, minds are renewed, and all things are possible. Through Him, we are brought out of striving and into stillness, out of death and into divine rest.

This is not just transformation. This is Kingdom authority.

Grounded In Faith

Lord Jesus, open my eyes to recognize Your power at work in my life.

Let me not doubt what only You can do.

Bring transformation where there is bondage and restore every broken place.

Teach me to walk in awe of You and rest in Your living authority. Amen.
