Psalm 119:105 NKJV
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
Brew On This
Where do you need the Word to shine fresh light on your next step?
Light for the Next Step
God never intended for you to stumble your way through your calling, your relationships, or the assignments He has placed in your hands. He is a Father who gives direction, and He gives it generously through His Word. Scripture helps reveal where you are and where He is leading you next.
A light on a dark road does not reveal every mile ahead. It gives just enough illumination to take the next faithful step. That is how God often leads His sons and daughters. He teaches us to walk with Him one step at a time, fully dependent and fully confident that He is ahead of us. When we insist on seeing the entire map, we can miss the grace found in daily obedience.
David lived this reality. As a shepherd, a warrior, and a king, he continually returned to the presence of the Lord for direction. He asked, he listened, and he responded. That posture flowed from covenant. David understood that guidance was a sign of relationship, not a lack of maturity. When you ask God for wisdom, you are honoring His authority in your life.
God is not hiding His will from you. He delights in revealing it. His Word highlights the path by shaping your thoughts, correcting your posture, and sharpening your discernment. As you stay planted in Scripture, discernment becomes familiar and obedience becomes natural. Instead of wandering through life, you are led by the light of His Word.
Grounded In Faith
I declare God’s Word lights my path.
I walk in clarity, confidence, and divine direction.
I hear His voice, I trust His leading, and I advance without fear, firmly guided by His truth.
Pray-A-Latte
