Planning with the Holy Spirit

You would never go into a courtroom without a plan and a strategy for success, especially if your freedom, or your life, was on the line. A lack of planning in this situation could have life-long effects. In the same way, we as believers should make preparation a priority so we steward well what God has entrusted to us. Without a plan, we may miss God-opportunities. 

I have seen many Christians go into marriage, parenting, careers, or ministry without a strategy. They do this truly believing “If it’s God’s will, I will succeed. If it’s not, I won’t.” If you find yourself struggling to prepare for what God has called you to do, ask the Holy Spirit for help. He will give you wisdom and divine strategy so you can take steps toward walking out His plans for you. 

In Jeremiah 29:11, God tells us that he has planned a good future for us. God doesn’t say “if” He wants you to prosper, you will. God wants everyone to prosper and hates for anyone to fall or to fail. However, God is relational and wants our partnership. 

Be encouraged and do not wait for life to “just happen.” God has already written a beautiful future for you, one filled with purpose, impact, and hope. Partner with Him in planning. Seek His wisdom. Step forward with boldness, knowing that heaven is backing you. You’re not just building a life. You’re walking out a divine destiny.

Every step you take in faith is a declaration that you trust God’s promises. Planning isn’t a lack of faith; it’s an act of stewardship. When you align your strategy with His Spirit, you position yourself to thrive, not just survive. Your future is not random—it’s intentional, and it’s good.
