This season is a perfect time to reflect on our faith. It is important to consider what the DNA of Christianity looks like.
Now the Lord has said to Abraham, get you out of your country, from your family and from your father’s house to a land that I will show you, and I will make you a great nation. And I will bless you, and I will make your name great, and you shall be a blessing. This is important for the American church to know and understand: and I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you. And in you, all the families of the earth shall be blessed. Genesis 12:1-3
If you are a little bit on the fence as to whether you’re going to stand with Israel this year or not, I want to tell you that the fence is going to kill you. Get off the fence and stand with the Word of God, and stand with God Almighty and stand with righteousness. Get out of the woke spirit that wants to drag you off to hell and then make fun of you as you suffer. Don’t be a part of that mess. Get out of that house.
Who is Abraham? He’s the father of our faith.
Abraham believed God, and it was accounted unto him as righteousness. Romans 4:3
Understand, then, that those who have faith are children of Abraham. Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith and announced the gospel in advance to Abraham: “All nations will be blessed through you.” So those who rely on faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.
If you are a person of faith, then you are the seed of Abraham, not as a nation that is Israel, but as a supernatural inheritance. That is all Christians, as people who love the Lord Jesus Christ. It says Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith. That’s us.
Declaration: I am so grateful to be a child of God. I am saved, my life is redeemed, and my soul is transformed by the grace of God. My faith in Father God is strong, and I will not waiver. I am grateful for the blessings that flow down through the generations to me and to all who are in my family.
