Proverbs 6:25 (NKJV) Do not lust after her beauty in your heart, Nor let her allure you with her eyelids.

SEXUAL TEMPTATIONS

Blessings and peace to you! My dear friends, this Scripture in Proverbs is an instruction manual that will have an everlasting effect if you put it into action. The Lord desires the best for us and has provided some cautionary signposts so we can walk in His best. We are so busy helping the children be set free, and this Scripture is for men and women to receive the same grace and freedom from pornography and sexual sin.

Proverbs 6:25 warns us not to lust in our hearts or be tempted by beauty. There is more instruction in that chapter, and I encourage you to read the entire chapter for God’s loving instructions to avoid the pitfalls of the devil.

Proverbs 6:32 (KJV) But whoso committeth adultery with woman lacketh understanding: he that doeth it destroyeth his own soul.”

Even though you might be tempted, God allows you to choose the righteous way.  Your soul is your mind, will, and emotions. If you don’t repent and continue in sexual sin, your mind is deceived by the devil, your emotions become confused and complicated, and your will drives you toward sin.

Engaging in this type of sin will destroy your family that you love.  Your children will live with the wounds of abandonment and possible hatred for you. Ask yourself, is the pornography or sexual sin you are addicted to worth all the pain it causes in your life and the life of those you love?

God will give you the grace for grace to stop this sin. When we get to heaven, there will be no meaning or place for words like “abandoned,” “fatherless,” “rejected,” or “shamed.” A perfect way to see heaven invade Earth right now is to make it our business to see those same people received, Fathered, accepted, and honored.

Declaration:  I choose God’s grace. I will put a watch over my eyes and heart. I will overcome evil with good!
