TODAY’S PROPHETIC NUMBER

October 25, 2023 – 10/25/2023

10 – Perfect Order

25 – Grace for Grace

Joshua 10:25 (NKJV) – Then Joshua said to them, “Do not be afraid, nor be dismayed; be strong and of good courage, for thus the Lord will do to all your enemies against whom you fight.

Just before verse 25, Joshua had the war captains of Israel place their feet on  the necks of the five Amorite kings. It was a prophetic act that brought to remembrance what the Lord had told Joshua earlier in Chapter 1, “Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I said to Moses.” We have to remember the promises of the Lord, remember the word He has equipped us with and go into holy warfare to take dominion in the territory the Lord has given us!

Declaration: Father, You direct my paths because I acknowledge and trust in You. Wherever You lead me, I will take dominion, occupying and increasing the Kingdom. Like the prayer of Jabez, Lord, I ask, “that you would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!” In Jesus’ name, Amen!

DON’T TREAD ON ME

One of the most well known emblems of the American Revolution is the Gadsden flag, better known as the ‘Don’t Tread On Me’ flag. When you look at it, it isn’t all that ornate or decked out. It’s just a yellow fabric rectangle with a coiled rattlesnake set to strike in the middle of it. For such a simple design, it delivered a powerful message to Britain and its monarchy concerning the American colonies – don’t seek to take dominion here or expect a fierce retribution.

Thank King Jesus that the brave men and women of the American Revolution decided to make a stand for a nation free of tyranny, however, there are things that need to be ruled over, and there are enemies that need to be tread upon. The garden was the first place we were to take dominion and expand across the face of the earth, but when Adam & Eve fell, there had to be a little bit of rerouting. God the Father declared to the serpent, “I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.”

Early on we had the word of the Father, promising victory over that which our foot is placed on. Jesus did indeed crush the head of the serpent when He came as a six pound baby Jew, placed His feet on this dirt and walked the earth, destroying the works of the devil. (1 John 3:8)

Well my friends, King Jesus was victorious! The very promise He fulfilled of that God Almighty gave to Eve, He has passed on to us. Look what He says in Luke 10:19, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”

My friends, we get to follow in the footsteps of our Lord Jesus Christ and destroy the works of the enemy, taking dominion in the territories where wickedness has built strongholds. This is why we go after the schoolboards wanting to educate our children with a “woke” agenda. This is why we save children out of sex trafficking all over the world. This is why we feed the poor, heal the sick, cleanse lepers, and cast out demons.

We are stomping on the necks of the enemies of God, forwarding His Kingdom and taking dominion! We’re closing up down here until those who would oppose Jesus are permanently placed under His feet.

Psalm 110:1 (NKJV)

The LORD said to my Lord,

“Sit at My right hand, till I make Your enemies Your footstool.”
