TODAY’S PROPHETIC NUMBER – 2/22/2023

2 Timothy 2:22 – Flee also youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

You can’t be in His presence and pursue things that are not part of His Kingdom. Do not be double minded! You cannot flirt with the devil and expect the blessings of the Lord. He is a jealous God who will not share your heart.

Declaration: I humble myself. I repent. I seek the presence of the Lord. I knock on the door of His heart.

Assembly Required

In Mark 2, Jesus not only chooses the recklessly brave and faithful, he goes on to blow the minds of his critics by stepping into a man’s past, present, and future based on the faith of his tribe. This reminds us that Jesus created time and space and therefore lives outside it. He created the times and seasons; and to serve him well, we need to know which time and season we’re in.

Assignments differ from purpose. They change from season to season. They bring fruit and harvest.

You never, ever, ever go looking for your assignment. If you have the right identity and have given up your life for the purposes of the Kingdom, Jesus will bring you the assignments. He’ll bring them to you because you’re in right relationship with him.

Assignments are risky, but when you’re with people who are walking with God and experiencing his power – who are also willing to rise up with you – it makes great sense to take huge risks. But we were never meant to attempt assignments on our own. That’s why we need a tribe or an army as God Almighty pointed out to Ezekiel. No matter how little you believe you have to offer, God can use you. He’s a master at bringing dead and broken things back to life for his purpose.

“And can these dry bones live? And then there was a rattling and then an assembling.” – Ezekiel 37:3

It starts with a sinew. It starts with the tendons. Before there’s a heart, before there’s a lung, before there’s a liver, before there’s a brain, before there’s a muscle, the tendons – the assembly that holds it all together – is what first shows up.

“I will declare Your name to My brothers, and in the assembly I will praise You.” – Psalms 22:22

King Jesus is found in the midst of the brothers who are doing the same work this year. The tribe does not stand with the ones who are hiding. They do not stand with the ones who bow their knees to an idol. They are not in opposition like Cain and Abel. The assembly is united in work and effort with King Jesus in their midst – like Peter and Andrew.

So, let’s encourage, exhort and edify each other, “and so much more as you see the Day approaching.” Tribe, it’s time to assemble. The Kingdom of God is moving.
