What is essential?
What is the church all about?
The bride, the people of Jesus, the kingdom tribes within the earth, followers of Jesus, the family of Jesus …..
Who am I to the Father?
Who is the Father to me?
Who am I to the world and to my family/tribe in the name of Jesus?
The ones who know who Jesus is and tell or demonstrate who everyone is.
One of the greatest reasons Christians don’t become world-changers is they don’t know who they are or what their purpose is.
I tell you this: you will not discover who you are unless you give yourself away.

Identity: Who God says you are
Purpose: What God says you are here for
Destiny: How you contribute and change things
Christianity is a VERB – “SERVOLUTION”
It’s a lifestyle of standing on the promises of God,
following hard after the King of Kings,
and going into highest potential of our own callings.
When Christianity is a noun it is ugly.
Christ is a noun. Christianity is an action based upon the
demonstration of the heart that has been given to each of us.
The only way we can see our lives, our families, our communities or our generation transformed is through selfless
We are not talking about works. We are talking about “Acts.”
Works are when you do something in the hope it will make you saved.
Acts are when you do something because you know you are saved.
Works are something you do because you have no faith.
Acts are something you do because you do have faith.
The fifth book of the New Testament is not called, “the thoughts of the apostles” or “the supernatural gifts of the apostles.” It’s not called “the philosophies or opinions” of the apostles. It’s called THE ACTS OF THE APOSTLES.
The first century church HAD A REPUTATION FOR CHANGING EVERYTHING. They had a reputation for revolution.
Acts 17:6
“These men who have turned the world upside down have come here also…”
A church that changes the world is full of ACTS.
A world-changing Church is something that actually moves forward and lives life as if Jesus Christ really is the answer.
A Christian who is full of the Holy Spirit is just like the book that introduces us to the Holy Spirit.
Not every Christian acts.
Not every church acts.
Matthew 16:18-19
And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.
New International Version
And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.
New Living Translation
Now I say to you that you are Peter (which means ‘rock’), and upon this rock I will build my church, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it.
19 And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
What the church is supposed to be:
A fearless demonstration of Freedom, Redemption and Goodness in Jesus.
The opposite of serving is controlling.
The opposite of controlling is serving.
We don’t want to control anything, we want to transform everything
Serving is yes. Have a yes in your spirit.
yes is before you know the question
WHAT IS THE CHURCH SUPPOSED TO BE ?
1 Timothy 3:15
“I write so that you may know how one ought to conduct himself in the household of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and support of the truth”
The Christian church should be a reflection of Jesus’ love, words, and deeds. THE VALUES OF JESUS.
ALL OF THAT = TRUTH
Its goal should be to glorify God, make Jesus known, develop godly people, and make disciples of every nation.
The church should be a group of believers, on the whole and in part, who live and teach the saving words of Christ. To the extent that Jesus lived truth so also should the people in the church
WHAT IS TRUTH?
Truth is the living out and the manifestation of what is true
TRUE: WHAT IS ON TARGET WITH THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN (The Heart of the Father)
TRUTH IS NOT A HEAD MATTER. IT IS A HEART MATTER.
Psalms 15:2
He who walks uprightly, And works righteousness, And speaks the truth in his heart
TRUTH IS SOMETHING YOU LIVE FROM THE INSIDE OUT.
Psalm 51:6
Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts, and in the hidden part You will make me to know wisdom.
TRUTH IS SOMETHING YOU DO
AND WHEN YOU DO IT TRUTH IS SEEN
John 3:21
“But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”
WHEN PEOPLE SEE THE TRUTH THEY CAN PERSONALLY EXPERIENCE THE TRUTH. KNOWING BY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE OR ENCOUNTERING THE TRUTH MAKES US FREE.
John 8:32
“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
JESUS IS THE TRUTH
John 14:6
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
JESUS CHRIST IS PERFECT THEOLOGY
1 Corinthians 2:4
And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power
1 Corinthians 4:20
For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power.
