TODAY’S PROPHETIC THOUGHT

You were created to bring Me glory. When you give Me My way in your life, when you follow Me and bring others into My family, you reap an eternal harvest. Sic ‘em!

GO BIG!

The it comes to a harvest in your life, you can have as much fruit as you choose. Just know, a bigger harvest means more plows in the ground, more work and more headaches. It’s also more rewarding.

Let’s look at the one blade – or 30-fold – Christian with just one row to plow. He’s behind a single mule. There’s nothing dishonorable in that, but that harvest is unlimited to small acreage and it’s hard to see God work in this guy’s life or even through it. That’s not you!

Then there’s a team of horses with multiple blades behind them. Multiple blades are all about multiple things in your life that you are willing to steward, that Jesus has His way in. That’s for 60-fold Christians who want a harvest is multiple places in their life.

Those horses are not easy to deal with. Those horses will manhandle you and out-work you if you don’t stay on top of it. You have to have a different drive, a different work ethic to move to 60-fold.

The move to 60-fold is a different commitment level, and you have to pay a higher price than 30 fold Christians. A lot more expense and maintenance goes with those horses.

Now, there’s the 100-fold Christian. He’s driving the multi-million dollar tractor. It is air conditioned and has multiple, multiple blades behind it. This guy is committed to the harvest of thousands and thousands of acres.

If you’re going to be a 100-fold Christian, you’re going to have to be okay with multi-tasking. You have to be okay with being involved in tons of things and stewarding those things in a way that you have mastery.

Now think about the different levels of commitment and the price you have to pay at each level. What are you willing to give? How hard are you willing to work and how much will you let God work in you?

The size of your harvest is up to you. Just know, lives are counting on you, so go big!

From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked. – Luke 12:48b
