There are certain keys to living a prophetic lifestyle. One of the simplest to understand and easiest to engage has to do with recognizing what God is saying and how He says it.
Then, you need to live that out. You fear the Lord and begin to prioritize what you say and how your day is according to His heart and His word.
James 1:26 (ESV) –If anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this person’s religion is worthless.
Proverbs 18:21 (ESV) – Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits.

I DECLARE THINGS LIKE
No weapon formed against me shall prosper.
When I pray for people, they are healed.
When I speak to people, they are transformed .
When I demonstrate the Father’s heart, they see Jesus.
I am the head and not the tail, above and not beneath and highly favored of the Lord.
“Virtually all of the Bible leads us to praise God, thank God, cry to God, and confess to God.”
When you pray, use your prayer book – the Bible.
“My hope will not be cut off.” (Proverbs 23)
“Lord, guard my heart and my mind with the peace of God that passes understanding.” (Philippians 4:7)
“Teach me, God, to acknowledge you in all my ways. Make my paths strait and clearly defined.” (Proverbs 3:6)

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT 2020:
THE WORD CREATES AND RE-CREATES
The Bible tells us that Christ is the WORD of God made flesh (John 1:14). That is, the spoken WORD became flesh and made His dwelling among men.
The WORD of God has creative powers. As we declare the WORDS in faith, over time, those words create the realities we declare.
For instance, as you continuously declare God’s WORDS of healing, over time, those words create the healing reality over your body. If there is a dead cell or tissue, the WORD recreates it.
This doesn’t have anything to do with how you feel.
Our relationship with God is not based or judged on feelings. I could be feeling awful and unspiritual, but it doesn’t change the authenticity of the WORD I declare.
Sometimes, I feel my prayers and declarations aren’t getting above the ceiling. I feel I need to shout a bit more or look more spiritual and pious. In reality, that iswhat they are – feelings. They don’t have anything to do with the WORD of God. The WORD still works at the right time despite my feelings.
In fact, don’t let your feelings decide how you handle the WORD. Let the WORD take care of how you feel.
WE HAVE ENTERED INTO A NEW ERA, NOT A NEW SEASON
5780/2020
We have moved from the the 70’s into the 80’s on the Hebrew calendar and from the teens into the twenties.
The difference between times and seasons
Times are linear – timeline.
Seasons are cyclical – they come back around.
THIS DECADE IS PROPHETICALLY “THE ROARING TWENTIES.”
ROARING IS A TRIUMPHANT DECLARATION.
COMPETING VOICES – THE ENEMY ROARS LIKE A LION
The enemy has a roar but his desire is to intimidate you and make you believe you are alone and conquered.
The roar of impending doom – the scary thing that you don’t see but you hear.
1 Peter 5:8 (KJV) – Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
The outright full-frontal attack of the enemy against what God is doing in your midst
Psalm 74:4 – Thine enemies roar in the midst of thy congregations; they set up their ensigns for signs.
20/20 IS PERFECT VISION
2020 IS THE YEAR YOU “TASTE AND SEE THAT THE LORD IS GOOD.”
“HINDSIGHT IS 20/20” – ASK FOR GOD TO SHOW YOU HIS GLORY.
Exodus 33:18-23 (NKJV) – And he said, “Please, show me Your glory.” 19 Then He said, “I will make all My goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim the name of the Lord before you. I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. 20 But He said, “You cannot see My face; for no man shall see Me, and live.”
Exodus 33:18-23 (NKJV) – And the Lord said, “Here is a place by Me, and you shall stand on the rock. 22 So it shall be, while My glory passes by, that I will put you in the cleft of the rock, and will cover you with My hand while I pass by. 23 Then I will take away My hand, and you shall see My back; but My face shall not be seen.”
2020 IS THE YEAR YOU ENTER INTO THE HOLY OF HOLIES
2 Chronicles 3:8 NIV – He built the Most Holy Place, its length corresponding to the width of the temple–twenty cubits long and twenty cubits wide. He overlaid the inside with six hundred talents of fine gold.
