Thank you for your interest in partnering with us for the New Beginnings 2020 Conference. As a sponsor, you’ll be part of an event that is the focal point of God’s prophetic word for the new year. It is Pastor Troy’s goal to partner with businesses for the Kingdom. We need one another! This is an opportunity to help reach people for the Kingdom AND your business.   

New Beginnings 2020 will be held at the Fort Worth Convention Center Jan. 20-21st. This arena holds over 10,000 people and we are expecting God to fill it up!  Your ad will be included in a magazine given to each attendee and in the onscreen graphics for attendees as well as online viewers. Additional advertisements and benefits are offered at certain levels.

Business Training by Leadership / Communication Specialist Doug Riggs

All courses are 2 hours in length and will be held at OpenDoor Church on a publicized schedule and will also be made available online. Arrangements can be made for future courses, repeat courses, or onsite delivery for an additional fee. Executive Coaching Sessions can be done in person or remotely. These courses are open to everyone at the course fee of $200/person if it is not included in your sponsorship package.

Communication 101 Session ($200 value): This course covers communication basics. Most people believe they’re great communicators even though their coworkers disagree. What is communication? Why is it harder than you think? How can we get off to a good start? Discover the basic areas to cover in communication as well as one tip that will increase your communication ability by 50%.

Communication 201 Session ($200 value): Giving feedback successfully is a learned art. Most workers need more feedback. They want to know what they’re doing well and where they need to improve. How do you create a culture of feedback and continuous improvement? This course teaches tools that help solve problems before they become insurmountable.

Busy: The New Stupid Session ($200 value): Everyone is busy, but few are significant. Instead of glorifying busyness, today’s business leader focuses on tasks that give extraordinary return on investment. Today’s leaders must work smart as well as hard. Learn to balance what is important with what is urgent.

Vision: Where and How? Session ($200 value): Vision unites, motivates, inspires, and gives clear direction to a team. Without vision the people perish, and teams flounder. Do your employees show up to get a paycheck, or do they understand how they fit into something bigger than themselves? Learn how to navigate to a preferred future where you make a difference.

CEO Peer Groups for 3 months ($3,000 value): CEO’s understand each other. They experience the same pressure to make payroll, motive their team, solve problems, provide resources, create culture, and grow to the next level. They also want to make a difference in the Kingdom. Networking with other CEO’s allows peers to share wisdom and resources as well as pray together.
